Our internal marketing team schedules appointments directly for you, allowing you to focus on what you do best — meeting homeowners, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
Top performers regularly earn $100K+ per year, with no cap on commissions.

What You'll Do
Meet with pre-qualified homeowners interested in remodeling their bathrooms.
Consult with customers in their homes and design bath and shower solutions that meet their needs.
Present pricing and close the sale during the appointment.
Generate additional opportunities through referrals and self-generated leads to increase your income.
What a Typical Week Looks Like
Up to 2–3 in-home consultations per day with homeowners requesting quotes.
Present solutions, answer questions, and close deals.
Follow up with prospects and referrals to build additional business.
Who This Role Is Perfect For
Successful candidates often come from backgrounds such as:
In-home sales (windows, roofing, remodeling, HVAC, etc.)
Outside or territory sales
Real estate professionals seeking higher earning potential
Commission-based sales roles
Sales experience is preferred, but we value competitive drive, confidence, and coachability.
