As part of the U.S. expansion, the company is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join the team.

Your Role
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will:

  • Present products and solutions directly at client sites
  • Collaborate with customers to solve assembly and production challenges
  • Build and maintain trust-based, long-term relationships with clients
  • Support the setup and expansion of our U.S. operations, including equipment and site installations

Your Clients

  • Automotive manufacturers and their suppliers

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, ideally in the automotive or industrial sector
  • Technical background or practical experience in assembly processes is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Career starters with motivation and willingness to learn are welcome

Training & Support

  • Onboarding at the company headquarters in Germany (approx. 2 weeks)
  • Close mentorship and ongoing support throughout your role
