About the Role:
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales position involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions to potential customers.
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually strengthen your skills
Use our easy-to-use software to build personalized bath designs
Provide pricing information and consistently secure sales
What We Are Looking For:
Excellent communication, people, and organizational skills
Experience in home sales is highly valued; background in home remodeling is a plus
Reliable transportation and local residency required
Confidence in public speaking and delivering clear, professional presentations
Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined work habits
Self-driven and goal-focused professional, adept at thriving in fast-paced sales environments
Outgoing, articulate personality that excels in social settings
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is determined by your performance and experience. This role is ideal for someone who wants a flexible schedule and is motivated by results.
