In this role, you will use your strategic skills to prospect Exclusive Leads where we can make a real difference. This starts with crafting creative and engaging messages that generate conversations with promising leads. You will be responsible for leading outreach to your Exclusive Leads in your territory and or niche focus to build awareness of the best options for clients. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of insurance sales, team building and grow your career quickly in a rapidly developing environment.  You are able to work from home.

  • Are experienced in building sales pipeline and can identify quality opportunities for you and our Corporate Account Executives (which you get paid on) to meet with for advanced concepts
  • Know how to execute strategic prospecting—you can find the right people and get them interested
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing—Choate and Parent Co stands for client experience quality, and you do too
  • Are empathetic, and enjoy working with a team of varied backgrounds
  • Embrace technology in how you get your work done—we are pretty nerdy
  • Have a track record of experimenting, building, and learning new things

If you have any prior experience in sales, recruitment, HR tech, or machine learning tech, don't forget to mention it.

The base commission range for this role’s allows our team members one of the highest profitability ratios in the industry. Commission level raises are determined through sales per month, with the opportunity to get a 5% raise every month your first 3 months, then every 2 months thereafter.  Our system allows equity and no politics with all other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Sales roles are also eligible for world-class incentives and pay raises targeted up to or over 120% of the sales amount.  Over $18,000 in incentive bonuses your first 4 months.  Over 8 bonuses monthly can be earned including profit sharing which is based on the whole companies sales.
