Job Description

The Sales Representative (CPFR) is responsible for collaborating with supermarket channel clients in Chile, supporting the KAM of Supermarkets and working directly with the KARs responsible for each account. The main responsibility is to ensure proper demand planning, forecast alignment, and fulfillment of service levels (fill rate). Based on the analysis of sales, inventories, and projections, the role suggests strategic purchase orders and contributes to sales growth by ensuring product availability and inventory optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the KAM of Supermarkets and work in close partnership with KARs to manage account needs.
  • Develop and maintain the CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) process with supermarket clients.
  • Analyze sales trends, forecasts, and inventory data to recommend aligned purchase orders.
  • Prepare and participate in client meetings alongside KARs to review forecasts, adjust inventory, propose purchase orders, and ensure availability targets are met.
  • Monitor and report account performance in key metrics such as fill rate, sales growth, and inventory coverage, providing actionable insights to KAM/KAR teams.
  • Provide support to the KAM/KAR team on commercial initiatives and special projects to drive growth in the supermarket channel.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, demand planning, supply chain, or commercial administration, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry. Previous experience with supermarket accounts is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of supermarket/retail dynamics within consumer goods.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
