       在公司政策和要求下,负责与药店店长和店员沟通,推销公司的产品并培训产品知识,主要目标是提升客户满意度、达成销售目标并确保促销活动的有效执行。
主要工作职责:
1.    推广公司产品:
与药店店长和店员沟通,推销公司的药品及保健品,提高销售业绩。
2.    培训产品知识:
定期为店员进行产品知识培训,提高其对公司产品的了解与推荐能力。
3.    执行促销活动:
协调并推动公司促销活动在门店的实施,确保促销方案得到有效执行。
4.    产品陈列管理:
负责门店产品的合理陈列,确保品牌形象统一,并提升产品的可见性。
5.    市场反馈收集:
定期收集市场及客户反馈,及时调整销售策略以满足客户需求。
6.    线上分销支持:
协助门店在美团、饿了么、京东等O2O平台的产品分销及陈列,提升品牌的线上曝光率。
7.    节庆促销策划:
参与节庆促销活动的策划与实施,推动销售业绩的提升。
任职条件: 
•    大专及以上学历
•    2-5年以上销售或客户管理经验
•    具备基础的市场分析能力和品牌活动管理经验
•    具备良好的销售和客户管理能力
•    良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力
•    良好的英语听说读写能力
•    熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件
