Sales Representative

作为销售代表，你将会负责PPG汽车涂料业务的销售工作。工作内容主要包含业务开拓、客户经营、内部协作。你将汇报给汽车涂料高级销售经理。你的主要工作区域会在重庆及周边地区。

Key Responsibilities

• 业务开拓与销售执行

• 市场开发：独立开拓新客户，并维护现有客户关系，完成年度销售目标。

• 策略制定：分析市场趋势与竞争对手，制定销售策略。

• 全流程管理：负责从报价、谈判、签订合同到回款的销售全流程。

• 客户关系与专业支持

• 技术顾问：熟悉前处理及电泳工艺，能针对客户需求提供专业解决方案。

• 关系维护：定期拜访客户（如汽车制造商、零部件供应商），建立长期战略合作。

• 内部协作与市场洞察

• 团队协同：作为客户与公司技术、服务团队的沟通桥梁。

• 信息管理：收集并反馈市场动态与竞品信息，协助管理产品价格与库存。

Qualifications

• 本科及以上学历，化工、材料、市场营销等相关专业优先。

• 5年以上汽车涂料或相关工业品销售经验，必须具备汽车零部件电泳涂料销售经验。

• 熟悉主流电泳漆品牌及涂装工艺，拥有汽车行业客户资源与人脉。

• 出色的市场分析、商务谈判和客户关系管理能力。
