Position OverviewAs a Sales Representative, you will act as a brand ambassador for TELUS Communications, engaging directly with customers through door-to-door initiatives and organized events. You will be responsible for delivering informed, solution-oriented sales conversations while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate clearly and professionally with prospective customers
Present TELUS products and services using effective sales techniques
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely follow-up
Accurately manage customer records and service documentation
Process customer orders and ensure completion of prior transactions
