Overview:

This job is responsible for increasing revenue by successfully handling incoming calls. Employees in this role offer specialized residential electricity plans to meet customers’ needs. Individuals in this job retain existing residential customers through securing retention sales orders and support service calls. This position may also include outbound cold calls to identified consumer base within the service area.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Initiates and completes enrollments for new residential service customers

  • Initiates renewal orders for existing residential customers

  • Outbound renewal dialing for existing residential customers

  • Explains billing related residential customer inquiries

  • Upsell additional products – smart thermostats, surge protection, solar lead generation

  • Exceed acquisition sales goals and renewal sales goals

  • Exceed upselling sales goals

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Grad/GED required

  • 3+ years Sales and Customer Service required

  • Residential sales experience preferred
