We are immediately hiring a Sales Representative to drive our growth in the Manufacturing sector across the Cincinnati, Louisville, or Indianapolis area. This critical role ensures our customers receive the essential electricity, heating, and cooling solutions they need.

What You'll Do:

As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement, responsible for:

  • Driving New Business: Proactively engage in cold calling and develop new accounts.

  • Managing Key Relationships: Cultivate and grow existing customer accounts through face-to-face and remote sales.

  • Solution Selling: Assess customer needs and recommend tailored equipment rentals and services.

  • Proposal Development: Create and deliver compelling commercial sales proposals.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop medium-to-long term sales strategies for your territory.

  • Sales Tracking: Meticulously track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with operations, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What You'll do:

We're seeking an expert with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of our industry. You'll bring:

  • Experience: 3+ years of direct sales experience selling to commercial customers.

  • Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong "sales hunter" mentality.

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systems.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
