We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to lead our growth efforts across the Canadian market. Representing XTM’s full suite of products with a strong focus on Flowfit, the selected candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow XTM’s presence in Canada
  • Drive new logo acquisition through proactive prospecting, outreach and relationship-building
  • Represent XTM products at industry events, tradeshows, conferences, and customer meetings
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales Engineering team, who will support with product demos and technical expertise
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
  • Maintain an active pipeline, accurate forecasting, and regular reporting
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and enterprise clients
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs

Requirements
  • Experience in Translation Management Systems, or Localization Technology industry is a huge asset
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of driving new business 
  • Perfectly bilingual in English and French
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to travel for client meetings, conferences, and tradeshows
