KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be responsible for business development within the prestige full channels for Shaanxi OC and Ningxia regions, achieving company sales targets.
Maintain existing channels and clients while developing new accounts, fostering strong customer relationships, and expanding market share.
Identify and develop distributors in both existing and new territories, working closely with them to increase market coverage.
Collect and analyze market information, forecast market trends, maintain price stability, and execute marketing activities within the region.
Identify and evaluate the sales potential of target outlets, select suitable partners, and conduct contract negotiations.
Execute and coordinate various marketing promotion activities, maintain brand image, ensure smooth implementation, and provide timely feedback on campaign results.
Stay informed about market dynamics and competitor information.
Collect, analyze data, and prepare reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 4 years of sales experience. Experience in the FMCG, tobacco/alcohol, or beverage industry, along with distributor management experience, is preferred.
• Strong market development capabilities, including cold calling, client acquisition, and management of clients and distributors.
• Proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong learning agility, an entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork orientation, and the ability to identify potential market opportunities.
• Self-motivated, diligent, dependable, and passionate about work.
• Good computer skills and basic English proficiency.
