At Casaplex, we specialize in integrated Smart Home and Office systems, and we’re growing our team! We’re on the lookout for a driven and experienced Technical Sales Representative who’s ready to help shape the future of connected spaces—both residential and commercial.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for a cutting-edge platform of hardware and software solutions. From smart networks and automation systems to audio/video distribution, security, motorized shades, and lighting control—your job is to turn innovative technology into real-world solutions for clients.
What You’ll DoDevelop and manage new business opportunities in both commercial and residential markets
Represent high-end, integrated smart technologies that enhance everyday living and working environments
Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, closing, and post-sale follow-up
Create and execute your own business plan while aligning with company goals
Track sales progress using CRM and other internal tools
3+ years of technical sales experience with a proven track record of hitting goals
Experience selling to both residential and commercial clients
Strong communication and presentation skills—you know how to turn complex tech into clear value
Working knowledge of basic construction practices and reading floor plans
Skilled in proposal writing and using software tools like CRM/ERP systems
High school diploma (or equivalent) required
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
