About The Role

As a Sales Representative (BU Components) in our Jakarta office, you will be responsible within the assigned area, attract new clients, win new accounts, and maximize profitability. The sales representative will work prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, and building long term relationships. The sales representative works to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Carrying out commercial activities focused on sales and customer acquisition on the product range of Hyva

  • Sales of the Hyva products
  • Takes care of existing customers and recruits new customers
  • Visit customers on a recurring basis to take any initiative necessary to improve customers satisfaction and maximizing Company profitability.

Carries out, on the basis of the commercial activities

  • Makes price agreements (within the appointed margins and price-fixing agreements) and agreements on delivery and payment terms
  • Follows-up (and checks) offers that are being sent and keeps contact with clients (by calling afterwards) concerning open offers.

Is responsible for handling of orders

  • Checks for new customers their credibility through credit management
  • Is responsible for proper preparation of invoicing
  • Tunes and monitors the deliveries and provides relevant information to the customer
  • Provides product and pricing information to customers

Provides (sales) information and supports the area sales managers / sales managers in preparation, monitoring and optimization/realization of sales plans

  • Assists with preparation of the annual plan for the marketing area
  • Gathers and records operating market information for the department
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions

Provides information for the progress of the total sales department

  • Keeps informed of developments in the market and reports these to Managing Director / Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager'

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Around 3-5 years of Management experience in a comparable function, eg: Sales / Marketing / Technology
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Commercial Vehicle and/or Transport Market industry
  • Previous experience in hydraulic / capital equipment industry as sales back office, after sales
  • Strong Client Service skills: ability to interact professionally with clients
  • Open-minded Mentality: Ability to work in an international organization
  • Others: Strong leadership & presentation skills
