Job Description
Overview
Provides administrative and sales support to the Community Sales Manager in order to optimize new home sales and the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage with visitors to build relationships and assist the Community Sales Manager to determine visitor needs and preferences.
Provide consistent and timely follow up with visitors and buyers from initial visit through closing and beyond.
Assist the Community Sales Manager with prospecting, marketing, and promoting new business.
Support Community Sales Manager with all administrative aspects of the sales office. This includes but is not limited to answering phones, preparing purchase contracts, taking reservations, coordinating sales office & model maintenance, opening & closing of the sales complex, scheduling appointments, and pre-qualifying potential buyers, signage, exterior maintenance, etc.
Enter and update visitor and buyer information into the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily.
Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of previous new home sales experience is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong listening skills and creative problem solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Highly organized.
