No prior Automotive sales experience is necessary, we also offer training pay of $1,000 per week for individuals with no experience. 

Individuals with no Automotive sales experience can expect to make $60,000-$80,000 in your first year of employment.

There is no cap on earnings at Franklin Ford and making over $100,000 is more than attainable!

Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with potential customers to understand their vehicle needs.
  • Present and explain vehicle features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals that meet customer satisfaction and company goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and support staff for a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
