• Responsável por comunicar problemas ou oportunidades relacionadas ao negócio para o próximo nível de gerência
• Executa outras tarefas atribuídas, conforme necessário
• Manter/crescer market share nas contas.
• Prover planos estratégicos e táticos de baixa a media complexidade para garantir o atingimento das metas do território através da manutenção da base instalada atual, geração de demanda para atualização do parque de equipamentos, crescimento em consumíveis e novos contratos de serviço.
• Conduzir análises de Performance periodicamente.
• Entender os valores e estratégicas do cliente que combinam com os valores e produtos da ASP
• Implementar aumento de Preço.
• Realizar apresentações técnicas e comerciais para clientes atuais e potenciais.
• Defender os benefícios do produto, bem como, resolver e/ou encaminhar dúvidas técnicas/científicas para as áreas competentes.
• Contactar potenciais novos clientes, desenvolver novos territórios e gerar procura (expandir a base instalada)
• Desenvolver a capacidade de analisar os processos internos do cliente e sugerir melhorias, tais como a gestão do inventário
• Ter a capacidade de estabelecer análises de custo x benefício entre diferentes tecnologias
• Desenvolver a capacidade de participar em licitações públicas e/ou monitorar e apoiar a elaboração de processos de licitação / requisitos de licitação
• Promover e coordenar atividades de educação profissional para aumentar o conhecimento dos profissionais de saúde, fazendo visitas regulares aos clientes para recolher informações sobre as exigências do mercado, condições comerciais e concorrência
• Realizar atividades de contrato, compra x inventário, gestão de entregas, entre outras
• Preparar relatórios, gerir informação nos sistemas de monitorização de vendas, tais como Força de Vendas
• Manter uma boa relação com os clientes e áreas parceiras a fim de resolver qualquer problema e garantir a sua constante satisfação
