Job Summary:
Wholesure Inc, a division of Acrisure, is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team to operate in the Central to Northern Florida territory.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with agents located in an assigned area with the purpose of generating new business submissions and obtaining industry market intel.
15 face-to-face Agency visits per week
Onboarding new agents within 30 days- initial onboard by Internal Marketing Team
Prospect New Agency Appointments
Collaborate with Division Directors to expand opportunities identified during agency visits (schedule visits/calls between agents and brokers, underwriters, directors)
Sign up agents for Webinar
Attend Industry related conventions: FAIA, LAAIA, Semi-annual Marketing Summit

Requirements
Must be ambitious and hungry for long-term success
Applicant must be extremely reliable, punctual, and flexible
Able to multitask and possess great verbal and written skills
Must be able to type well and navigate all aspects of a computer
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Must be an excellent communicator, whether orally or on paper
Must possess good organizational skills
Demonstrate an entrepreneur approach and ownership of a situation
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Up to 60% travel is required
Education and Experience:
College degree OR equivalent business experience preferred but not required
Active 2-20 Property and Casualty license preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
Candidates will be expected to pursue continuing education and insurance designations/licenses as outlined in the training and development plan. This will require self-study.
Strong communication and organizational skills, networking and relationship ability and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
