What You'll Do

As a New Owner Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping guests discover the value of vacation ownership while maximizing every sales opportunity.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate tour quality and adjust your sales strategy in real time.
  • Present Capital Vacations' vacation ownership solutions with confidence and professionalism.
  • Build urgency, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales, closing percentage, and penetration goals.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and TOs to maximize every opportunity.
  • Maintain accurate documentation while following all compliance and company guidelines.
  • Contribute to a positive, competitive, and high-performance sales culture.

  • Proven success in commission-based sales.
  • Timeshare, vacation ownership, automotive, real estate, in-home sales, or other high-ticket sales experience is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and objection-handling abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Coachable with a desire to continuously improve.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
