As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the vehicle-buying journey, helping customers find the Audi model that best fits their needs and lifestyle. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience that creates lasting relationships and customers for life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Guide customers through every step of the vehicle purchase process.
  • Demonstrate Audi vehicle features, technology, performance capabilities, and model options.
  • Present financing solutions, protection products, and dealership services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current, previous, and prospective customers.
  • Conduct consistent follow-up to support customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Accurately track customer interactions using CRM and dealership management systems.
  • Stay informed on Audi products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Qualifications
  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Luxury retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and technology platforms.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Compensation

This is a performance-driven position with total compensation opportunities ranging from $41,092 to $120,000 annually, including eligibility for short-term and/or long-term incentive programs.
