Face-to-face sales role selling vacation ownership. Meet guests, build rapport, tour the resort, apply sales techniques to qualify and close sales. Work independently and in teams, handle objections, and maintain professionalism. Must work weekends and major holidays; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Must have an Arizona Real Estate License 
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and most major holidays
  • Bilingual a plus: Spanish/English
