About the Opportunity

  • We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join a growing commercial sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, prospect and develop new partnership opportunities across assigned industry categories

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects

  • Develop creative sponsorship and marketing partnership solutions aligned with client objectives

  • Lead discovery meetings and present customized partnership proposals

  • Negotiate and close new partnership agreements

  • Collaborate with internal marketing, events, digital and commercial teams to develop compelling partnership opportunities

  • Represent the organization at industry events, races, conferences and client meetings

  • Meet and exceed new business revenue goals

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of quota-carrying B2B consultative sales experience

  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and new business development

  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience managing multiple opportunities through a structured sales pipeline

  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills

  • Microsoft Office

  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, KORE or similar)

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Location & Travel

  • Hybrid position based in Tampa, Florida

  • Candidates must be willing to work 3 days a week from the Tampa office.

  • Approximately 40–50% travel for client meetings, events and hosted experiences.

Compensation

Base Salary: $70,000

On-Target Earnings: Approximately $140,000

Skills Required
