Job DescriptionLocation: Czech Republic / Slovakia (Remote work / Field-based)
Contract Type: Full-time Employment Contract
As a Sales Representative, you will be a key partner for open-field vegetable growers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Your main tasks will include:
- Achieving sales targets: Actively creating and implementing sales plans, monitoring the market, and striving to maximize sales results and market share in the designated territory.
- Relationship building and sales advisory: Providing agrotechnical advice and actively supporting growers in choosing the best Syngenta vegetable seed varieties.
- Education and promotion: Organizing training sessions, meetings with growers, and field days demonstrating our innovative technologies.
- Innovation in practice: Coordinating and supervising trial plots of new vegetable varieties directly on growers' fields.
Our Requirements:
- Relevant education: Higher education (horticulture, agriculture, or related fields).
- Experience and knowledge: Practical knowledge of the agricultural/horticultural industry and expertise in agrotechnics (vegetable seeds, crop protection).
- Mobility: Category B driver's license and readiness for business travel (residing in the designated territory of the Czech Republic or Slovakia).
- English language: Communicative knowledge of English (for internal communication within the company structures).
- Fluency in Czech/Slovak language is mandatory.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
