Why This Role Matters
As part of our Truck Tire Sales team, you’ll play a key role in strengthening Goodyear’s position in the Czech market. You will build trusted partnerships with dealers and transportation companies, deliver expert product guidance and support customers in choosing the solutions that drive their business forward. Whether you are early in your career or bringing prior experience, this role offers a clear path for professional growth supported by thorough training and a collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and transportation companies in Prague and selected regions of Bohemia
Drive sales growth by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable Goodyear products
Support the distribution network through customer training sessions and product presentations
Provide technical guidance to partners (training included)
Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and follow-through
Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance
What You’ll Bring
Basic Qualifications
University degree (business, economics, technical field or similar)
Fluent Czech and English on at least upper-intermediate (B2) level
Valid category B driver’s license
Professional experience in client-facing roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Previous sales experience in B2B or technical products
Experience in the automotive or transportation sector
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel, including pivot tables)
