We are currently seeking a competent and experienced Sales Representative who will be the principal point of contact between business and its customers for the north area of Greece, based in Thessaloniki. Sales rep will be responsible to ensure customers have the right products and services, identify new markets and customer leads and pitch prospective customers. He/she will also be responsible for coordination of sales and business care for customers of the company.
About the role
Coordinate sales and business care for customers in the company
Follow the sales strategy to achieve the region's sales plans
Participate in projects concerning the large customer segment in terms of maintenance and sales
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales
Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Organisation and implementation of standardisation of work in sales units

About you
University Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is desirable
Three (3) plus years of experience in sales in a similar role. Experience within the Fintech/payments industry would be beneficial
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM Software
Excellent command of the Greek/ English language (both written and verbally)
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to multi task
