Sales Representative for our Neurovascular division – Finland territory – Temporary position  (1 year)

In this role, you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s world-class Neurovascular product portfolio. Your key responsibilities: 

• In your role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the NV product portfolio and develop relationships with key opinion leaders. 

• In coordination with the Regional Sales Manager, you will build and monitor the sales plan for the assigned territory based on business objectives and customer needs. 

• With the focus of meeting or exceeding the quarterly/annual sales plan, you will implement strategies in the sales process, prospect new customers/users for Stryker NV products, conduct negotiations and maintain an ongoing knowledge of market trends. 

• With the product knowledge you have built up, you will advise, train and act as a real partner for physicians, lab and medical staff. You will also attend interventions and perform in-theatre support when required. 

• Further, you will secure sales revenue by liaising with different departments, coordinating product availability, delivery dates, inventory levels, etc. 

• You will participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings in order to find potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact. 

What are we looking for? 

• You already possess sales experience, preferably within (neuro) interventional radiology.and/or medical devices  

• Proficiency in spoken and written Finnish and English is required. 

• You hold a diploma/degree, preferably in related fields such as radiography, healthcare, business administration, etc. 

• You hold a valid driver’s license, and you are committed to travel within the territory as needed for position and product line support. 

• Excellent communication skills and team spirit is a must.
