Sales Representative – Craniomaxillofacial (CMF)
Step into a field-based medical device sales role supporting surgeons and healthcare providers with innovative craniomaxillofacial solutions used in trauma, reconstruction, and craniofacial procedures. As a Sales Representative, you will manage a designated territory, partner with healthcare professionals, support clinical cases, and drive business growth through consultative selling and customer service.
This role includes shared responsibility for supporting customer needs outside of standard business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with coverage requirements varying by territory.

What You Will Do
Manage and grow a designated sales territory by promoting and selling craniomaxillofacial products to healthcare providers and customer accounts.
Conduct product evaluations and support procedures in operating room, clinical, and office-based environments.
Demonstrate the clinical and economic value of products during customer presentations, evaluations, and in-service training.
Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
Track territory performance, sales activities, customer interactions, and account opportunities using approved sales tools and reporting processes.
Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and identify opportunities for business growth.
Provide product education and technical support to customers before, during, and after procedures.
Support planned and emergent cases, including participating in shared after-hours coverage. Coverage expectations vary by territory and may require availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays to support customer needs.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments; OR
Bachelor’s degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career; OR
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales, or territory-based selling with a history of achieving performance goals.
Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds in a clinical environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in medical device, healthcare, surgical, or clinical sales.
Experience supporting customers in operating room or procedural environments.
Experience working in quota-driven sales environments with responsibility for territory performance.
Experience delivering product education, demonstrations, or technical training to customers.

Skills Required
- At least 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in medical-related fields or B2B sales
- Alternatively, a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred for candidates with a bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive an automobile
