We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to manage key accounts and grow sales within the assigned territory.
This role requires an experienced, self-motivated professional who consistently meets or exceeds sales targets and builds strong relationships with customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned territory and accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Promote company products by clearly communicating value propositions and applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Identify new opportunities, monitor market trends, and report competitive insights.
  • Provide sales forecasts and maintain accurate CRM/account information.
  • Continuously enhance product, market, and sales knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Food Science and Engineering or related field preferred).
  • 3–10 years of sales experience, ideally in food safety, diagnostics, analytical, or microbiological industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tools.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for business purposes.
  • Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Preferred Experience

  • B2B or B2C sales in diagnostics, laboratory, or industrial testing sectors.
  • Experience managing distributors or channel partners.
  • Familiarity with social selling or digital sales tools.
