We are currently looking for a Sales Representative & Internet Sales professional to join our team in Gilroy, CA. Compensation is $16.90 per hour, plus commission and bonus offers, paid semi-monthly.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly with a smile and a positive attitude, establishing rapport to understand their needs through active listening and thoughtful questioning.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by carefully listening to their preferences and providing knowledgeable guidance.
- Clearly explain vehicle performance, applications, and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Inform customers about all available optional equipment and upgrade packages.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Deliver professional, high-quality presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
- Master techniques to overcome objections, close sales effectively, and adhere to all company sales procedures.
- Provide the Sales Manager with reports on goals, planned activities, performance reviews, and analysis.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns related to orders and products promptly and professionally.
- Continuously enhance your product knowledge and professional development to maintain expertise.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable with compensation structured around commission-based sales.
- Possess a high level of enthusiasm and energy throughout the workday.
- Outgoing and friendly personality, especially adept at handling objections and negotiating pricing.
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must hold a clean and valid driver’s license.
