Job Summary & Responsibilities

Sales Representative | Strategic Growth Territory

The Opportunity: Own Your Market

This is a strategically critical role for a high-energy, relationship-driven sales professional ready
to take the next step into a high-impact position. You will take ownership of a high-potential
"whitespace" territory—a market with significant room for immediate growth due to untapped
demand and underserved customer needs. As the lead for this region, you won't just manage a
list; you will act as an entrepreneurial "hunter", establishing anchor accounts and shaping a
long-term market presence with no ceiling on your earning potential.

The Mission

You will leverage a "value-based" selling approach to provide specialized corrugated packaging
solutions. Supported by a massive regional network with capabilities in brown box, sheet
production, graphics, and retail fulfillment, you have the operational backing to solve complex
customer requirements.

Drive Growth & Market Expansion

Identify and Qualify: Proactively research and vet high-potential opportunities to build a
robust pipeline of priority accounts.
Secure Business: Conduct introductory and follow-up sales calls to build relationships
and win first-time and repeat business.
Complete Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle, from developing pricing
proposals and articulating value to closing the deal.
Exceed Targets: Consistently surpass sales quotas through disciplined territory
management and independent field activity.

Relationship & Account Leadership

Consultative Partnerships: Build enduring, long-term relationships by acting as a
trusted, solutions-oriented partner.
Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with design, quality, customer service, and plant
leadership to ensure seamless execution for your clients.
Business Performance: Contribute to working capital and cash flow objectives through
proactive account management.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed of competitive activity and market trends across the
territory.

The Profile

We are seeking a professional who thrives on autonomy and possesses the resilience required
to build a territory from the ground up.

Experience: Proven background in outside sales, preferably within the corrugated
packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
Independence: You must be comfortable running an independent territory with discipline,
structure, and minimal day-to-day supervision.
Technical Aptitude: Technical curiosity and the ability to understand complex packaging
solutions are key to success in this role.
Requirements: A valid driver’s license and the ability to transport and handle product
samples are required. A college degree (ideally in packaging, graphics, or business) is
preferred.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

Limitless Earning Potential: Benefit from a compensation structure with an unlimited
cap on commission-based earnings.
Financial Security: We offer a multi-year guaranteed earning structure to support you as
you establish your book of business.
Supportive Leadership: Work for a transparent, metrics-driven manager who rewards
high performance with autonomy and strong financial outcomes.
Sustainable Growth: Join one of the country’s fastest-growing packaging companies that
is deeply committed to environmental stewardship.

Are you ready to build a rewarding career with a company that respects the

environment and rewards hard work? If you are a disciplined, high-drive professional
ready to dominate a new market, we want to hear from you.
