A Day in the LifeJoin the dynamic Surgical Innovation division at Medtronic, where you’ll represent cutting-edge technologies that are shaping the future of SI. As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in connecting clinicians with innovative solutions that enhance patient outcomes and transform surgical practices.
This field-based role centers on direct engagement with surgical specialists across Central Region (lubelskie, mazowieckie, podlaskie). You’ll provide expert product guidance, support clinical procedures, and build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals, acting as a trusted advisor in the evolving landscape of surgery.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Promote and sell Medtronic’s Surgical Innovation portfolio (sutures, access laparoscopic products, hernia, GYN) to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored product support, education, and clinical training
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
  • Manage inventory levels and forecasting to ensure product availability and optimal supply
  • Implement territory-specific strategies to drive business growth
  • Act as a liaison between field teams and internal stakeholders, including Research and Development  and Marketing.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years’ commercial experience in sales
  • Good in English, with verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and occasionally abroad.
