A Day in the LifeJoin the dynamic Cardiac Surgery division at Medtronic, where you’ll represent cutting-edge technologies that are shaping the future of cardiac care. As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in connecting clinicians with innovative solutions that enhance patient outcomes and transform surgical practices.This field-based role centers on direct engagement with cardiac specialists across Poland. You’ll provide expert product guidance, support clinical procedures, and build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals, acting as a trusted advisor in the evolving landscape of cardiac surgery.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Promote and sell Medtronic’s cardiac surgery portfolio to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored product support, education, and clinical training
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
- Manage inventory levels and forecasting to ensure product availability and optimal supply
- Implement territory-specific strategies to drive business growth
- Act as a liaison between field teams and internal stakeholders, including R&D and Marketing.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ commercial experience in the medical device industry
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and occasionally abroad.
