  • Build strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions‑centric selling

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, and cross‑functional partners

  • Take ownership of territories with a long‑term, value‑driven mindset

  • Represent innovative cardiovascular solutions that improve patient outcomes

  • Deliver results through ethical, compliant, and customer

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

  • Sales experience, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices

  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills

  • Commercial drive, resilience, and learning agility

  • A genuine interest in healthcare and making an impact

  • Willingness to grow, adapt, and develop within a high‑performing sales environment

Skills Required

  • High School Diploma and 6+ years experience OR Associate's Degree and 4+ years experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years experience (relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences)
  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Proven ability to develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, developing new accounts, and expanding existing accounts
  • Ability to conduct market research, implement market development plans, and communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently managing a territory with general supervision and provide guidance to entry-level sales staff
