We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Invoice Accelerator Representative I to join our team. In this role, you’ll engage with Suppliers to provide education on AvidXchange’s products and services while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity. Who you are:

  • 1–2+ years of outbound calling experience required.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 2+ years of sales or accounting experience preferred.

  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.

  • Self-motivated and disciplined with strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Assertive and curious mindset, capable of taking direction while working independently.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality execution.
