About the role
As an Sales Representative, you are responsible for developing our dealers' business in part of Latvia. You work closely with our dealers and ensure that they have the right conditions to succeed through smart planning, advice, and practical support.
You will, among other things:
- Collaborate with dealers to develop concrete sales and development plans
- Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities
- Identify new opportunities for increased sales and customer satisfaction
- Strengthen the brand's visibility through in-store activities and customer events
- Develop new relationships and find potential dealers
- Represent Husqvarna at fairs and industry events
- Work with product trainings for the dealer sales staff
- Sell-in material preparation
You plan your work yourself and have great freedom in the role, whilst being an important part of a team where we share experiences and help each other to achieve common goals.
About you
We believe that you are a person who likes to take initiative, build trust, and create long-term relationships. You don't need ten years of experience; the important thing is that you have a sense of business, are driven by development, and thrive in a role where you both take responsibility and have the opportunity to grow.
To succeed in the role, we would like you to:
- Have experience in sales or customer-oriented work
- Be structured and self-sufficient, but also enjoy collaborating
- Communicate fluently in Latvian and English, both spoken and written
- Have an analytic mindset and draw conclusions based on data
- Have a driving license
- Have an interest in technology or products for garden, park, and forest (but not a requirement!)
