Job OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team and drive revenue by connecting customers with the right products and solutions.
This is a sales-focused, performance-driven role for someone who is confident communicating with customers, identifying their needs, following up on leads, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls and follow up with leads and potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Build rapport with customers and provide an excellent sales experience.
- Handle customer objections and effectively communicate product value.
- Close sales and consistently work toward individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM tools.
- Manage and follow up on your sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Participate in required training and continuously develop sales knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a call center, inside sales, or customer-facing environment.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and consistently following up with customers.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Experience using CRM tools is preferred.
- Laptop or desktop computer.
- Minimum 8 GB RAM; 16 GB recommended.
- USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone.
- Stable power and internet connection.
- Ability to connect via Ethernet.
- Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
- Wired (Ethernet) connection strongly preferred over Wi-Fi
