Your Job:
Supervise and manage all aspects of Brooks’ sales of footwear, apparel including sell-in and sell-through in Southwest region, as outlined by Brooks Sports.
Your Responsibilities:
- Meet yearly revenue plans for footwear, apparel and sport bras for assigned territory (Southwest Germany).
- Enter all future booking orders through Brooks’ proprietary web-based tools, ensure the at once order flow during the season.
- Manage and schedule meetings with every client 4 times per years at least and provide a weekly roadbook plan.
- Provide field feedback on competitor’s products, program and services as well as marketplace activities.
- Work with territory accounts to forecast, develop and implement yearly plans around their footwear and apparel needs in order to grow Brooks’ market share.
- Travel required in area, to tradeshows, bi-annual sales meetings, etc.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or related field desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and business English.
- 3 to 5 years’ footwear and apparel sales experience.
- Specialty retail (running) experience of at least one year required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company.
- Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all of the pieces fit together and affect one another.
- Demonstration of innovation and initiative – always looking at improving our products and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help out wherever necessary.
- 70% travel is required.
- General computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to listen and understand customer needs.
- Ability to provide analysis and feedback on sell through both to Brooks’ corporate and accounts.
