As a Professional Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement, generating high-quality leads, and guiding customers through the purchasing journey. Your work directly contributes to revenue growth by delivering an exceptional customer experience and showcasing our premium outdoor-living solutions. • Generate and qualify leads while supporting the full sales process from initial contact to closing.

• Consult customers with tailored recommendations, emphasizing the value of our premium pergolas and accessories.

• Coordinate orders and ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to purchase.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional product awareness and revenue.

• Conduct competitor and market research to support sales strategy and performance improvements.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally with high-value products.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, customer-centric mindset.

• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Fluency in French (C2) and English (C1), enabling excellent customer communication.

• A basic understanding of sales techniques and a strong motivation to develop further.
