A Day in the LifeJoin a leading innovator in medical technology as a Sales Representative - Endoscopy. In this role, you will drive sales, build customer relationships, and expand our market presence in Italy. We support your growth with training and mentorship, empowering your success while making a meaningful impact on patient care.
The Endoscopy Operating Unit delivers unmatched value by offering innovative solutions that enhance patient outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and enable early detection and treatment of chronic diseases and cancers across the entire GI Tract and Hepatopancreatic system. The area of responsibility will cover Romagna, Bologna, Ferrara and the Marche region with preference given to candidates based in the Bologna area.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Support sales and accounts, and assist with operating room procedures as required
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of our endoscopy solutions
  • Analyze the market and develop effective sales strategies for the assigned territory, presenting these to management for approval and implementation
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, including endoscopists, nurses, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers, to meet and exceed territory revenue goals
  • Prepare and respond to upcoming tenders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, clinical support, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction
  • Attend and participate in key professional congresses and events as needed

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • University degree or equivalent (Biomedical Engineering, Economics, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
  • Proficiency in English
  • Residency in one of the regions of competence

Experience with Salesforce or similar tools, knowledge of medical devices or related therapy areas, and up to three years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably within gastrointestinal or related therapeutic areas, are considered valuable assets.
