Why This Role Matters
As Sales Representative, Consumer Replacement, Türkiye CA & SE, you will be responsible from our sales activities in Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş and Şanlıurfa. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market presence.

What You'll Do
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with existing dealers and support their ongoing development
- Thoughtfully identify and welcome new dealers—across all brands, consumer groups, and commercial segments—while respectfully phasing out partnerships that are no longer active
- Maintain a consistent presence with dealers in your region to ensure supportive, effective management
- Encourage dealer success by monitoring performance with care, offering constructive feedback, and providing engaging training for their sales teams
- Stay closely connected to market dynamics by observing trends and competition, including local sales initiatives and marketing activities, and sharing insights with the team
- Communicate marketing and trade marketing activities effectively, ensuring dealers are well informed and supported throughout the implementation process
- Contribute to the achievement of financial and market-share goals through a balanced, relationship-driven approach
What You'll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration and/or engineering.
- Preferably 3–7 years of sales experience within a related industry.
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Clear and empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence using MS Office applications
- Fluency in Turkish and English
- To have a B-type driver’s license
- Ideally residing in Gaziantep
