Why This Role Matters
The Sales Representative Truck Replacement is responsible for the sales of new tires, retreads, and solutions to dealers and distributors in his sales area. He/she drives fleet sales to indirect fleets in cooperation with the dealer partners and supports Goodyear direct fleets managed by the KAM. The Sales Representative Truck Replacement is the main contact point for the dealer and develops long-term relationships by consistently providing value and building trust.
What You’ll Do
Drive sales growth and business development with dealer and service partners by managing commercial relationships, executing sales plans, negotiating pricing, promoting solutions, and identifying new growth opportunities.
Support dealer network performance through business planning, market analysis, operational coordination, compliance activities, stock monitoring, and CRM-based reporting to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction.
Develop and grow business with indirect fleet customers by prospecting, managing sales opportunities, performing tire inspections at fleet operating sites, supporting dealer partners, and promoting Goodyear products, services, and digital solutions.
Monitor fleet performance, gather market insights, support customer issue resolution, and leverage CRM and loyalty tools to strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth.
Provide technical and operational support to direct fleet accounts by collaborating with Key Account Managers, resolving service delivery issues, enhancing fleet performance, and driving the adoption of Goodyear service tools and processes.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for dealer partners and indirect fleets by providing product and solution expertise, delivering training, and coordinating customer learning initiatives with internal subject matter experts.
Evaluate casings of dealers and indirect fleets to promote retreading on customer casing as part of Goodyear Value Proposition
What We’re Looking For
Highschool diploma required
Previous B2B sales experience, preferably involving technical products within the automotive or transportation sector.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset
Professional experience in client-facing roles
Fluent Hungarian and English on at least upper-intermediate (B2) level (dailly communication in English)
Valid category B driver’s license
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel, including formulas creation & pivot tables)
