Main Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent and proactive customer service through product knowledge, handling inquires and eventual sales order.
- Build a deep understanding of existing customers and channel partners, their market landscape, and business challenges.
- Identify new opportunities and establish valuable partnerships to expand our business.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales growth and gross margin and expand within assigned accounts.
- Lead sales negotiations, close new deals, and ensure seamless integration of contracts into operations.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify areas and markets of differentiation and potential growth and conduct business plan presentation
- Act as the primary account leader, ensuring a structured approach to meeting customer expectations and needs
- Manage and forecast sales performance, ensuring timely follow-ups on business opportunities and leads in C4C
- Assist in the organization of sales and marketing activities and events, contributing directly to the achievement of sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degrees in biotechnology, Biomedical / Chemical Process Engineering, or related Science Background. Graduate degree preferred.
- Candidates with +5 years of sales experience in the life-science, biomedical or pharmaceutical research institutions, chemical industries and, preferably with key account and channel partner management experience.
- Strong understanding of Biopharma industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Passion in liaising with internal and external customers
- A team-player who is able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be highly personable; possess excellent communication skills.
- Good detail-oriented personality, excellent personal organization and time management skills
WORKING CONDITIONS
This position is field based. He/she must travel extensively plus work with high level contacts at customer locations and professional groups. Both domestic and international travel may be required on a regular basis.Disclaimer:
