What does a successful Inside Sales Consultant do at Fiserv?

Join our ADP Solutions sales team, where innovation meets opportunity. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming how businesses manage payments by embedding Clover into ADP’s trusted payroll ecosystem.

What you will do:
  • Represent Clover onsite in an ADP office as the dedicated consultant.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ADP sellers to generate Clover referrals.
  • Influence ADP reps to cross-sell Clover alongside payroll services.
  • Source, sign, and activate Clover merchants from ADP-provided leads.
  • Manage pipeline through the full cycle: lead → signed contract → activation.
  • Achieve 25+ activations per month as a baseline, with higher performance rewarded.
  • Exemplify Fiserv’s core values by upholding the highest ethical standards and fostering genuine connections with partners and clients.
What you will need to have:
  • High School Diploma.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently as the only Clover rep onsite.
What would be great to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years in a quota-driven sales role.
  • Prior experience in partner or channel sales.
  • Strong record of exceeding performance targets.
