Join Medtronic as an ACM Remote Sales Account Manager and play a key role in delivering life-changing medical solutions to patients across the U.S. In this office-based role, you’ll remotely manage a defined territory or customer base within the Alternate Site marketplace—think home care, outpatient centers, and more—driving sales of our ACM product line through solution-based, consultative selling. You’ll exceed sales targets while building strong relationships with end-user patients and healthcare professionals, all as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that includes Sales Associates, Clinical Specialists, Regional Managers, and senior leadership. This is your chance to combine purpose, performance, and innovation in one impactful career. The working territory is Catalunya, Valencian Community, Murcia, Albacete, Balearic Islands, Andorra.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Analyse the marketplace, develop an effective territory/account remote sales strategy, and present the strategy to management to gain approval for implementation.
  • Perform all activities to maximize remote sales (in line with the sales strategy) from product introduction and presentation to contract negotiation.
  • Identify and address all key decision makers (clinical, administrative/economic) and key opinion leaders in all accounts and report on them via the provided systems and personally to the district manager on a regular basis.
  • Further increase penetration in existing accounts, develop existing accounts into potential new product therapies/patient therapies and develop actual non-buying accounts.
  • Report and regularly update all account, market and competitive information and trends and metrics in a comprehensive, complete, and timely fashion.
  •  Report immediately and accurately all negative customer or product related events (e.g., customer feedback, product and legal issues and risks etc.).

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Life Sciences, engineering or bio-engineering, or another relevant degree. Clinical education/ Nursing background.
  • Experience in similar positions in the medical device industry preferred in Patient Monitoring
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills, skilled relationship builder. Team-player.
  • Results-oriented, eager to close projects from start to finish. Medtronic Mindset Champion.
  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.
