Job Summary
The Sales Reporting Analyst plays an important hands on role in supporting the North American Sales organization by contributing to accurate, timely, and compliant sales reports. This position focuses on scrubbing and validating data, analysis and helping maintain standardized performance reports used by field teams and sales leadership. The analyst supports day to day reporting needs and helps ensure data integrity across core systems within a regulated medical device environment. This role provides a strong foundation in sales analytics, data quality, and commercial operations.
Essential Functions
  • Prepare and update standardized sales performance reports used by field teams and sales leadership.
  • Scrub, validate, and reconcile sales data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Support day to day reporting needs, including recurring dashboards and ad hoc data requests.
  • Monitor key commercial metrics and flag data inconsistencies or trends requiring review.
  • Maintain data integrity across core sales reporting systems by following established processes and quality checks.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, North American Sales Analytics & Reporting, to ensure reporting alignment and consistency.
  • Support commission, incentive, and quota-related reporting needs
  • Partner with cross functional teams—including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Compliance—to gather information and resolve data issues.
  • Respond to data and reporting questions from stakeholders.
  • Assist in documenting reporting processes, data definitions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and enhance data quality.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 2+ years of experience in sales reporting, data analysis, commercial operations, or another analytical support role
  • Experience working with data in Excel or similar tools; familiarity with pivot tables and lookups preferred
  • Exposure to CRM, ERP, or sales reporting systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle) is helpful but not required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to scrub, validate, and reconcile data accurately.
  • Basic understanding of sales reporting, commercial metrics, or business analytics concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, lookups) and comfort learning new reporting tools.
  • Ability to navigate CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle) or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively with data quality principles and structured processes for maintaining data integrity and a commitment to compliance.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to support field teams and cross functional partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset when working with field teams and cross functional partners.
  • Ability to explain data findings or inconsistencies in a straightforward, professional manner.

The annual salary for this position is:

$75,000.00 to $90,000.00

This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
