As a Sales Rep, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

· Leads: 负责在指定医院及区域内推广公司医疗耗材产品,达成个人及团队销售目标;

· Implements: 实施客户拜访计划,建立并维护与临床医生、护士、设备科、采购科等关键决策者的长期合作关系;

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or higher 3 years of job related experience

学士学位或更高学历,且具备 3年以上医疗行业销售相关工作经验;

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

· 具备 3 年以上医疗耗材或医疗器械销售经验,熟悉医院采购流程;

· 具备良好的客户关系管理能力,能独立开发并维护三级医院客户,有医院消毒供应中心相关产品销售经验者优先;

· 熟悉江苏省尤其是苏北地区徐州及淮安两地医疗市场者优先;

· 能熟练使用 Office 办公软件及 CRM 系统(如 Salesforce);

· 持有当前有效的中国机动车驾驶执照。

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

· 生物医学、护理、临床医学或市场营销相关专业学士学位;

· 3 年以上跨国医疗企业销售经验;

· 具备良好的演讲与学术推广能力,曾参与或主讲科室会;

· 具备较强的抗压能力、目标导向与团队协作精神。

Travel: May include up to 35% domestic
