Sales & Relationship Support Lead

About your role:

As a Sales & Relationship Support Lead, you will manage the sales pipeline and support client relationships before and after implementation to help drive growth, retention, and execution against program goals. You will partner closely with account executives, sales representatives, solution consultants, client relationship specialists, and the product owner to coordinate prospect activity, improve client experiences, and support accurate, timely sales processes.

What you'll do:
  • Manage the sales pipeline in partnership with the product owner, account executives, and sales representatives to support pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and progress toward annual operating plan goals

  • Coordinate prospect pre-diligence intake and track responses to ensure inquiries are addressed within established service level agreement timelines

  • Perform quality assurance reviews for pricing and pro forma submissions to verify accuracy, completeness, and alignment with program requirements before delivery to the sales team

  • Support client relationship management activities by addressing escalations, reducing client friction, and helping maintain client retention and portfolio growth

  • Partner with sales teams and solution consultants to support client presentations, onboarding, offboarding, training, and education activities

  • Monitor client portfolio performance against defined growth goals and communicate risks, issues, and opportunities to the product owner early and consistently

  • Build effective working relationships across cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment to support revenue generation and operational execution

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 6+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, or account support within banking, financial services, or a related industry

  • 6+ years of experience managing sales pipeline activity, supporting revenue growth, and coordinating prospect or client activity across cross-functional stakeholders

  • 6+ years of experience working in a matrixed business environment with business stakeholders across sales, product, and client-facing teams

  • Experience performing quality reviews for pricing, pro forma, or comparable sales support documentation with a high degree of accuracy and completeness

  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting information clearly to internal stakeholders and clients across multiple levels

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience supporting client onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Experience with client retention strategies, portfolio growth tracking, and escalation management

  • Experience partnering with solution consultants or sales teams on client presentations and training

  • Experience using customer relationship management and sales pipeline management tools

How you'll work:
  • Berkeley Heights, NJ: This role follows a hybrid work model and is expected to be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. In the future, this role will move to be fully onsite, Monday-Friday.

  • Omaha, NE: This role is on-site Monday through Friday.

  • Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range

$120,000.00 - $198,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
