🟣 How Yuno will challenge you
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Go-to-Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Technical Support), from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Support global team expansion by hiring across Latin America, North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.
• Build and maintain a strong network of high-quality sales professionals through LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and job boards.
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals, team structure, and culture.
• Provide market insights on salary benchmarks, competitor hiring strategies, and talent availability to inform recruitment decisions.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and consistent representation of the company’s values.
• Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives across regions to strengthen talent attraction.
🟣 The skills you need
• Fluent in English and Portuguese are mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales recruiting with massive roles in different regions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and support.
