The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the Sales recruiting efforts of our Phoenix Area locations including Legacy Golf Resort, South Mountain Preserve Resort, Club Wyndham Scottsdale and Orangetree. This is an exciting role for someone looking to grow in a fun, fast-paced environment with an incredible team.

How You'll Shine

  • Source passive and active candidates through various job boards, events, career fairs, etc.
  • Create a pipeline of Licensed and Unlicensed Sales new hires
  • Partner with local Real Estate schools and schedule Unlicensed Sales new hires to attend Real Estate class
  • Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews
  • Conduct first round interviews and determine the best fit for each candidate
  • Accurate and timely updates of recruiting reports and/or trackers
  • Plan and attend various recruiting and/or networking events
  • Manage applicant flow and accurately dispositioning candidates through the various steps in Workday (Applicant Tracking System – ATS)
  • Verbally extend offers and create offer letters
  • Send candidate background checks
  • Partner with Site Leadership including Director of Sales, Business Operations Manager and HR Manager
  • Partner and maintain great working relationship with Site Marketing Recruiter
  • Communicate effectively with candidates after offer acceptance and prior to Day 1 ensuring the candidate remains interested, engaged and excited about their new role
  • Effectively communicate Sales Licensing Process to candidates and/or new hires
  • Consistently look for and introduce ways to enhance the employment brand messaging and collateral
  • Create and maintain an active presence on LinkedIn to include posts, comments, likes, shares, etc.
  • Performs other duties as required

What You'll Bring

  • Sales or Sales Recruiting Experience required, Timeshare Industry experience highly preferred
  • Must have proven strengths in organization, communication and follow-through
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Must demonstrate flexibility and be adaptable to change
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Must demonstrates Wyndham Destinations HEART values with every interaction
  • Advanced PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Ability to travel to different Arizona locations when needed
