Job Title: Sales Rebate Analyst - Channel Sales

Trimble is seeking an experienced Sales Analyst to support the Channel Sales function of our AECO business.
In this position, you’ll join a growing team of Analysts supporting our Channel Sales teams, supporting Channel sales activities across all global regions. You’ll work closely with our broader Analyst team to share best practice and ensure commonality of process where possible.
What You Will Do:
As our Sales Rebate Analyst, you will be supporting our Global Indirect sales organisation through design, management and administration of our partner sales incentives and rebate processes in the region. You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Indirect Sales Operations, and your work will be critical to the continued success and revenue growth of the Sector and Trimble.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of data analysis, experience working with channel partners or indirect sales models, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders including senior managers.
Job Location:
This role is open to candidates to work remotely within the UK.
There will be semi-regular travel to Trimble office locations to meet with your Manager as well as to attend Channel Sales leadership meetings. There will also be the potential for occasional overseas travel to EMEA and the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage end-to-end rebate programs for channel partners
Lead the project to unify AECO rebate structures across different regions and product groups
Develop automated reports to enable partners to access accurate revenue attainment data on a regular basis
Interpret rebate agreements and ensure accurate implementation of terms and conditions.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal to design, review, and update rebate structures
Develop and implement ad-hoc SPIFF’s as to focus on specific business objectives.
Analyze partner sales data and performance metrics to calculate rebate accruals and payments
Monitor outstanding claims and follow up with partners to resolve disputes or incomplete submissions
Maintain and enhance tools and systems used for rebate calculations, recommend and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and compliance
Maintain thorough documentation of rebate agreements, approvals, calculations, and communications
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:
Proven experience within Sales Operations/Analysis in a technology/SaaS environment with progressing responsibilities
Comfortable working in a rapidly changing and highly dynamic environment
Relevant Bachelors degree, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related discipline
Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Google Suite, Excel, Qliksense, Domo or Tableau preferred
Advanced English verbal and written communication and presentation skills
High degree of numeracy and proven ability to work with large and complex datasets
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, and drive cross-functional teams to meet common goals is essential
